Another successful program of “Sanniwedana Kathikawatha” conducted by SLPC was held on 23 rd of July 2019 at the auditorium of Sri Lanka Press Council contending on the novel named “Thringa Bindila Buldosaraye” written by Mr. Thilak Ranjith Maddumahewage. SLPC appreciates the participation of all artists,scholors who attended to this programme.

The Sanniwedana Kathikawatha Program was held on the book tittled “Fantaziya ” written by Mr. Kusumsiri Wijewardana in Sri Lanka Press Council on 19 th of March.

The “Sanniwedana Kathikawatha” initiated by SLPC was restarted from 20 th of February, 2019. the novel named “Madiyama Aga” which was written by Mr. Sujith Prasanga was critically appreciated. So many literature lovers were participated to this program including Emeritus Professor Sunanda Mahendra & Mr . Chaminda Welagedara . The program was coordinated by Mr. Gamini Kandepola.

Another successful program of “Sanniwedana Kathikawatha” conducted by SLPC was held on 19 th of June 2019 at the auditorium of Sri Lanka Press Council associated with the poetry named “Uliyakkaree” written by Mr. Wajira Deepthi Weerakoon. SLPC expresses thanks to all respectable Monks, artists, scholars who were participated to this programme on behalf of SLPC.

The Sanniwedana Kathikawatha Program was held on 5th ofMarch for the 75 th commemoration of Mr. Kumarathunga Munidasa who has done a prime service to the Sri Lankan Sinhala literature. Further,this event was held under the theme “The Contemporary challenges of Sinhala language ”.
